Who can sell on mBillShop.com?

Anyone selling groceries, mobile phones and consumer durables products is welcome. In order to start selling, you need to have the following:

  • You must be located: India

  • GSTIN (if turnover more than 20 lacs)

  • PAN Card (Personal PAN for business type “Proprietorship” and Personal + Business PAN for business type as “Company”)

  • Bank account and supporting KYC documents (Address Proof, and Cancelled cheque)

  • Minimum of 1 product to sell from our list of products

How do I sell on mBillShop.com?

  1. Go to https://mbillshop.com/marketplace/ to register and add fill you KYC documents

  2. Add you shop's photo and location along with radius of delivery

  3. Select products you want to sell, add your selling price and inventory

  4. You are now ready to sell

As a retailer, you will set the price of your products

What are the fee?

Selling on mBillShop.com is free till 14th November 2020, after 5th November 2020 mBillShop.com’s fee structures are as flows:-

  • Mobile Phones: 5% of transaction value (taxes as applicable)

  • Electronics& Durables: 5% of transaction value (taxes as applicable)

  • Kitchenware: 5% of transaction value (taxes as applicable)

  • Grocery & Kirana: No commission, pre-paid subscription plan as follows:-

How will payments be credited?

For non-COD (Cash on Delivery) settlements will be made on a weekly basis and money will be transferred via NEFT/RTGS/Bank Transfer. For orders delivered between Monday-Sunday the payment will be credited to your account by Thursday/Friday of the following week after deduction of transaction fee

Can a customer cancel an order?

Customers cannot cancel orders once payments have been received however it needs to be assured that genuine products reach customers undamaged and unopened within 8-10 working hours of receiving orders.

In cases where products are delivered late or damaged or opened or expired customers can be issued 100% refund, however mBill’s fee (if any)will be chargeable and adjusted against any future order.

In case there are 5 such instances in period of 3 months the partner account will be blocked for a period of 1 month. In case such errors continue mBill has a right to block the seller on a permanent basis.

 

ORDER MANAGEMENT & DELIVERY 

How do I manage my orders?

You can easily view and manage order through our retailer dashboard. Whenever a customer places an order, we send you an e-mail alert.

What if my shop is closed for few days?

You will need to inform our customer support team so that they can put your online store on hold for these days

Who will ship the product?

Since orders will be from nearby the shop area retailers need to deliver the products by hand by their store staff/delivery boy

What happens if I don’t meet delivery timelines?

In such a scenario customer has an option of cancelling the order. No payment will be made to the retailer, however mBill’s fee will be chargeable and adjusted against any future order. In case there are 5 such instances in period of 3 months the partner account will be blocked for a period of 1 month. In case such errors continue mBill has a right to block the seller on a permanent basis.

What happens in case we run out of stock and customer places order?

In such a scenario customer has an option of cancelling the order.  No payment will be made to the seller, however mBill’s fee will be chargeable and adjusted against any future order. In case there are 5 such instances in period of 3 months the partner account will be blocked for a period of 1 month. In case such errors continue mBill has a right to block the seller on a permanent basis.
